OnePlus is celebrating its fifth anniversary in India with Amazon and has announced some new offers on some of its smartphones. The Chinese smartphone manufacturer is offering discounts of up to Rs 10,000 on its OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7 Pro handsets, along with a couple of other benefits as a part of the anniversary sale. As always, the OnePlus phones will be available for purchase via Amazon and the discount on them will be applicable from November 25 to December 2. First off, the OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7T are receiving flat discounts and will now be available starting at Rs 39,999 and Rs 34,999 respectively. 

The OnePlus 7 Pro was originally announced for Rs 44,999, while the OnePlus 7T was launched priced at Rs 34,999. They are now available with a Rs 5,000 and Rs 3,000 price drop respectively, on Amazon. One can also avail an additional flat instant discount of Rs 2,000 with HDFC bank debit and credit cards and via credit or debit EMI transactions on the OnePlus 7 Pro. The same offer with Rs 1,500 discount is applicable for the OnePlus 7T. Both phones are available with an additional 10 percent cashback of up to Rs 500 with HDFC bank debit cards. Some additional offers on the two handsets include an exchange offer of up to Rs 7,999 and no-cost EMI on select cards.

OnePlus usually discounts its handsets when it is about to launch a new batch of phones and it is rare to see such offers on the company’s offerings. As for the specifications, the OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7T mainly differ in terms of their display and design. The OnePlus 7 Pro sports an edge-to-edge, almost bezel-less display with a pop-up front-camera module. The OnePlus 7T gets a waterdrop notch and a more traditional design with noticeable bezels all around. They both sport a 90Hz display refresh rate, support HDR10+ playback and are protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

The OnePlus 7 Pro and the OnePlus 7T are powered by the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC but the latter is available in 6GB, 8GB and 12GB RAM variants while the former was announced in two storage variants but only one 8GB RAM model. Additionally, they both come in 128GB and 256GB of storage options. The rear-camera sensors also vary a bit. The OnePlus 7 Pro is equipped with a 48MP + 8MP + 16MP camera setup while the OnePlus 7T features a 48MP + 12MP + 16MP sensor configuration.
